unauthorized charges

they gateway cardsecurity verify my idenity and told me there was not no charge for this and assured me their would not be a charge on my credit card . but since then there has been over 200 dollars in charges and bank fees. i have called the phone no i recieved 1-888-802-5115 several times it rings a couple of times and then hangs up

unauthorized cc charge

$40.27 charged to my cc, by a company in Singapore ? They list an 888 number with the charge. I've called the number 3 times, at various times of the day and night. A recording for GATEWAY CARD
SECURITY, please leave your name and number, we will call you back.
I did not make this charge, have no idea how they got, my cc information, to make this charge. It was posted at 3:03am to my account ? So now I have a STOLEN account information, and money missing, I don't know if I'll ever get back.
