I ordered a Gateway power cord 2x and Amazon sent the wrong cord 2x. I ordered a Gateway and they sent an Acer with a smaller cord. When I called, I got someone in India who could not understand me and would not let me finish a sentence. I am a woman and he...well, got the feeling no woman got to speak a full sentence to him. He sent me to a 3rd party vendor and would not handle my complaint. I ordered with Amazon. Why did they not handle my issue? I have wasted about $80 at this point and have an enormous headache...and still no cord.
I was getting ready to purchase a new digital camera and a laptop computer and intended to buy them on Amazon. I have changed my mind and will not be doing that now!
