I take my computer to best buy in cambridge mass, for repairs and the agent for geek squad didn't want to take it, but he suggest to call 1800geeksquad to set an appointment, I called and they set an appointment for wednesday january14th. between 4p.m. and 8p.m. was 9p.m. and notbody shows up, and they didn't even called me to reschedule, so I called to get information and they reschedule for Friday 16th. at the same time and one more time they didn't shows up, I called them back and for the tird time they reschedule for tuesday january20 between 4 and 8p.m. and ussual notbody came to work in my computer so after the 3er. called I request to call with the supervisor for complaint because was 1 week and they keep reschedule and not giving me any reason for not keeping the apointment. so ths man "named Paul" he start talking in the background of the phone " I don't want to talk with the fucking bitch, tell her I am busy and reschedule again or just hang up" he was refering to me when he was talking wit the customer service that I request to get transfer to a supervisor, so I tell the agent if I don't speak with him I will call the consumer affairs of Boston, so this man "Paul" get in the line and he states I am the supervisor and I reschedule or cancel any appointments if I want and at this moment I don't want to make any appointments and he hang up on me... I was very upset and one of the customer service, named Claudia, who was near I BELIEVE and heard everything called me back to appology for the behaved of his supervisor and inform me that she sent an email to the big boss and tell what happen and reschedule the appointment for me for Wednesday January 21th. finally some agent came at 12:45p.m. to fix the internet connection charge $119.99 for the job and in less than 2 hours my computer start crashing and I lost the internet connection "AGAIN", today is Thursday January 22nd. and my computer is completly damage, I lost a few files, no internet connection and is running more slow than ussual...I contact them yesterday at 4p.m. when I notice the problem and today at 6:47p.m. and there was not response, the only they told me is that they can "RE-SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR NEXT TUESDAY 27TH." I check my balance and they already cash the check that I paid for the service that wasn't done, and as I said they completly damage my computer, internet connection and take my money... I will wait for next tuesday and see what happen but I am really disappointed.
THE GEEK SQUAD IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I EVER REQUESTED, THEY STILL YOUR MONEY AND DAMAGE YOUR COMPUTER ON PURPOSE TO REQUEST ANOTHER SERVICE AND ALSO THEY DON'T REALLY FIX ANYTHING
