MY NAME IS ARTHUR GIANNOPOULAS I AM FROM AUSTRALIA AND RECENTLY COMPLETED A 6 WEEK HOLIDAY IN AMERICA.
ON DECEMBER 12TH I HAD PAID FOR A GOSPEL BRUNCH AND CITY OF ORLANDO TOUR (PAID FOR MONTHS EARLIER) AS REQUESTED BY TOURS4 FUN THAT TOOK MY BOOKING. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO RE CONFIRM MY ATTENDANCE THE DAY BEFORE THE TOUR, AND WAS ADVISED TO BE PREPARED FOR A 7.15 A.M PICKUP FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. ON THE SUNDAY I WAS CONTACTED AT 7.05A.M (10 MINUTES BEFORE PICK UP TIME)THAT THE 10.30 TOUR TO THE HOUSE OF BLUES WAS BOOKED OUT, AND THAT THE ONLY OTHER SESSION AT 12.30 WAS CANCELLED BY THE HOUSE OF BLUES AND NOT "GATOR TOURS' THAT OPERATE THIS TOUR, AND I COULD THERE FORE NOT ATTEND THE GOSPEL BRUNCH. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATING MATTERS FURTHER i HAVE SINCE DISCOVERED THAT BOTH SESSIONS TOOK PLACE, AND NOT ONLY WAS I MISLEAD BUT ALSO LIED TO BY GATOR TOURS.
WHILST I HAVE RECEIVED A REFUND, FROM TOURS4FUN, IT GOES NO WHERE NEAR TO COMPENSATING ME FOR THE $11, 800 I SPENT ON AIRFARES TO GET TO ORLANDO TO JOIN THIS TOUR.
I AM MORE THAN WILING TO SEND YOU COPIES OF THE EMAILS SENT BETWEEN US THAT CONFIRMS THAT MANY LIES TOOK PLACE BY THESE UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANIES.
