Bought 5 year plan for a coch purchased at nebraska furniture mart. Had 4 1/2 years got a stain called Gaurdsman they sent all kindsof paper to fill out sent that back in. Thay sent a letter saying not enough info and to call them at a number. Which in the meantime took 3 weeks or more to get to this point. Called number and the repersentative ask when stain occured we said not sure, se said she needed a date we then said maybe 3 to 4 weeks ago, they said it has to be within 5 days of happening but we explained that by the time we filled all the paperwork out we were not positive on the date. They then said they could not clean it because it has a 5 day limit. We said we have never used you guys this is first time and now that we cant say a specific date you will not come out to try to fix the stain. They argued with us and said NO. This is terrrible cutomer service. Also Nebraska Furniture Mart did not explain this to us. They said anytime you get a stain just call Gaurdsman and they will come out. WRONG!!! This is a rip off costing us $130.00 to get nothing cleaned... Terry Kennedy
