1. Placed order on 9/15/09 with VISA credit card.
2. Company was to confirm order via email.
3. On 9/19/09 attempted to contact MedShop for order info. There was no telephone No. to discuss issue. I tried to send an
email to discuss the problem, but I was obligated to "LOGIN", but they claimed that they did not have my email address even though it was printed on the confirmation of the order that I downloaded! They asked for a password, but never asked for any password when I placed the order, and therefore denied my password.
4. On 9/20/09, I placed another order for Gaviscon, but they did not send me an email with the confirmation.
5. When your pop-up asked me to send any complaints to you,
