I ordered a Sony DCRDVD200 Camcorder on Mar.18, and received a confirmation via e-mail next day, on Mar.19. I was satisfied with that response, but called them anyway the same day for cofirmation of that order and expected delivery time. I waited ~20 minutes before I got a representative on the phone, but I'm used to that from other internet merchants, and similar situations (still not good).
I was told that the product will be shipped within two days. I asked for shipement tracking #, but that was not available at the time.
In the meantime I inquired 5 times via e-mail about the sipping status and tracking #, without any response.
This is low-end customer service, and I will not buy anything again from that supplier.
