This company is attempting to defraud people by telling them that they have an account with them in the past. You can find massive details online about them and their lies. In my case they asked me if I would like to renew the same listing as we had last year, I said for now what ever we did last year is fine. Then they said that they were going to record, in which they authorized the transaction. However, once we ran the transaction past records we have no such account with them. Thus I approved the same as we did the year before, which was nothing, however because of when they started the recording that is not provable. This business has a “F” BBB rating and if you look at http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/yellow-blue-media-or-gbp-publications-c366104.html you will find many stories the same as mine. We are filing this complaint with the BBB and similar complaints with our State Attorney General’s office (Lisa Madigan), the NV State Attorney General’s office (Catherine Cortez Masto), the complaint board, and the FTC. I have also contacted our corporate lawyer to inform him of the event just in case I do see anything even mentioning their name on or Credit Record.

Resolution:

We will require a form letter on the companies letterhead stating the account was canceled and there is no money due. Further more we will require a memo on the companies letterhead stating that from this day forward they will be bound to a non-solicitation agreement stating that neither they nor any of their affiliates may contact us in the future.
