GC Services: They are the worst collection agency ever! The employees are belligerent and appear to be disadvantaged children sitting behind a desk getting paid to harass people who are fighting to stay alive in this recession. They have no remorse for there behavior and attitude towards people they are trying to get money from. They harassed me while at my job, and eventually got me fired because my employees were tired of dealing with them. Then I look upon the internet to do a little bit of research and come to find out, I am not the only one. They threatened to immediately start garnishing my wages after taking a tax refund of almost 4, 000. The 4000 should be enough to shut them up for a while. After this, I realize they are still harassing my ex co workers. I became overly emotional with them on the phone and they hung up in my face several times then called back. Really? What is their code of conduct? How can they get away with treating people this way? They dont work with you, they offer an ultimatum that is unrealistic then continue to taunt you. THIS IS A RECESSION, WE ARE ALL IN A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. The only reason they are pressuring us is because they too may be out of a job pretty soon, or a company (i hope). But your trying to squeeze juice from a lemon that's already sour fuck bags and your not getting the last drop. Someone has got to do something to stop these people. Its unethical and their training appears to come from con artist. I am afraid to send a payment to them even if I did have the money, because giving the multiple complaints on the net about them, I dont know if they can be trusted.

I was contacted by GC Services (12/2008) re; court fines from an accident that took place 17 years ago (1991). I paid all of my fines, etc., which cost me $1800.00 (paid in full). That was that, I was done, right? Now thay are trying to get that $1800.00 again. Treatening me with all kinds of things if i don't pay up. It states in the statement sent, that GC is an "enforcement" company, not stating that they are a "collections" agency. They must be desperate to try these underhanded techniques, not to mention, belittling mine & others intelligence. They need to be put out of business! Better yet, they should pay out to those they have illegally harrassed. They also stated that they have DMV helping to locate me. GC already has my address, they sent the statement. Idiots!

Some are very unprofessional at GC and are liars. I paid d of my debt as agreed on 1 MAR 08 and have been requesting a letter of release since 10 APR 08. I finally asked them to fax me the letter and I still have not received the fax or the mailed copy from them. I spoke with several employees but mainly deal with one person in attempts to get my letter. After awhile they became very rude and stated they would not help me. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and instead I had employees pretending as if they were. I realized by speaking to a customer representative the person I had been speaking with was a supervisor and the employee was pretending as though she was. The employee was extremely rude and obnoxious. She hung up the phone several times and said I was harassing them and not to call the number anymore as though I was calling her home. I finally spoke with who I assume was a supervisor and still did not receive appropriate service from GC. I was told to wait for the letter to come in the mail and she had a conference to attend. I have to agree with those that have had a negative experience with G C Services. GC is not a very professional company and if you could use another company to conduct your business I suggest you do.

I have received over 12 call a day from GC Services. I did have an outstanding bill that need to be paid. GC Services and I made payment arrangements, it has been taken care of and they continue to harass me on a daily basis. I cannot get the phone calls to stop!!! It is driving me crazy. I cannot believe they can get a way with such bad business practice.

I had a bill in collections from GC Services Limited Partnership. I paid this bill November 11,2006. It is now March 13, 2007 and my payment was never sent to the original biller, they claim they never received my money. I have a confirmation number and a bank statement showing the payment made, and they still insist payment was not made,and would not make any effort to correct the problem. Due to GC Services Limited Partnership mistake my credit report has a dent in it that they refuse to fix. They fought with me about the payment made, screamed and cursed at me and kept hanging up the phone. They would not let me speak to a supervisor or another employee. Instead GC Services Limited Partnership would put me on speaker phone and talk slanderously. My money has been stolen and is still floating around in there pocket. There is no correcting this because they will not answer the phone or let someone else know the situation so it can be correct. GC Services Limited Partnership are thieves!
