I made an agreement with AMEX and have been paying my bill for over a year and for the past week this company is now telling me that I need to pay them not AMEX? I called Amex and they said I could still pay them online like I have been . Today I got a call at work - This is very unfair it not like I have not been paying my bill or I am late . I spoke with GC service and let them know last wwek that I will make my May 1 st payment to Amex on time like I always have and I don't want to be harassed!

GC services are rude and liars!! They took my tax refund and never told me about. My student loan went into collections to them. I appealed them so t hey wouldnt garnish my wages but they said they never got the papers. But I did send them. They said I can affored 103 a month but Im a single mom and i only work 3 days a week at a department store. They wont make payment arrangements that are good for me. I talked to an employee today who was very rude. She told me to get a second job, and that my loan comes first before my son. She also said I need a 950 deposit cuz I dont have a bank account or 400 if I do have one. I never heard of that in my life. She said if I dont pay them that then they will garnish my wages 25%. Can they do that?!!
They are liars and thieves!! I would like some help or adivce. Please and Thank you.

One of the worst collection companies I have had to work with. Rude, and unwilling to listen. Amercian Express would be better served to bring their collections in house.

I had recieved constant harassing calls and finally had to request all communication in writing. The only thing anyone there is interested in is getting money, with no guarantees of payment in full or other communciation that would provide full pay off documentation.

They would keep switching the callers, never have a number to call back, never put anything in writing.

My hope is that you never end up having to deal with this piranha of a company.

Last week I received a noticed from GC Services for a ticket violation. I had never received a single noticed before, so it seemed very strange to me. When I called, the person I spoke to was very rude and condescending. She told me my ticket violation happened in 2007 and followed that by a number of threats letting me know what could happen if I didn't pay them. I had no prior knowledge of any incident, so I told her I would call the court. She wanted my employer information, but I refused to give it to her. She then hung up. When I called the court I was unable to obtain any additional information because they just have an automated service. I called GC Services again and wanted to know more information. I asked the same girl who answered my call earlier what their interest on the fine was and she rudely responded that the balance due was the amount of the original ticket. According to GC services I owe $681 on a ticket violation I never received. After reading several of the comments I plan to go to court and speak to a judge. Like others have stated GC Services is unethical in their practices and a complete scam.

GC Services *** to work at...their Management and the ethics and politics is one of the worst places I have ever been to. DO NOT WORK THERE! it will be the worst decision you will ever make. I worked there for 6 years and they let me go without any reason! Absolutely ridiculous. Thinking that you are a valued employee..it all matters on who brings in more money. There are multiple law suites pending of un-ethical behavior! Did I mention their management ***...THEIR MANAGEMENT sucs. Times are tough but this place is the worst to work for.
