Horrible company
This people are rude and they yell at me when all i am trying to do is pay a bill that should be making them happy. I know i have to pay and that is what i am doing but anyways moneygram deposit my money in to the wrong account # and they said they could pull it back if the money was still in moneygram but since gcservices had the money all moneygram could do was send them an e-mail and have accounting pull it back and place it in the right account # but gc services say's that they have not got an e-mail and they both had me like this for a week. So now i am so upset all i do is cry because i work hard for my money and i am sure everyone does. Today i called moneygram and gcservices on three way and i spoke to miss burn's again because i always speak with her and moneygram told her that they had send an e-mail and that she needed to take that to accounting department and she said very rude that she knew this and then she told me that she would call me back today and not to call her and then i said: well you tell me that you are always going to call me but you never do and she yelled at me and said I WILL CALL YOU!!! This place is so rude i was the owner i would be embarrassed of my company this place really needs to start monitoring there calls and listen to the type of csr that they got and they should fire EVERYONE IN OKLAHOMA AT GCSERVICES, THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!

Harassing calls!
I received a call on October 8th, 2007 in the evening. They asked for my husband by name and when I asked who was calling she said Angelica. When I asked the nature of her call she said she was trying to contact a neighbor of ours. I said I would take her name and phone number and contact the neighbor. It turned out to be a harassing call from this company. I called today and talked to a Mr. Fleming. I mentioned Angelica's name and he put me through to her. I told her to remove my name and phone number from their calling list and that I was going to contact consumer affairs about their procedures to contact people etc. She stated she was going to remove me from her list but never asked for my number, name or anything. This company GC Services should be put out of business. This is illegal and they need to be reported to the authorities!!!

Poor service!
A woman called my neighbor and said it was important to get a message to me. Turned out to be a company I had never heard of called GC Services. I called the number and the man who answered was very rude, said I could only get the direct number if someone had called me direct, would not tell me what the business was, then hung up on me.
They should not get my neighbors involved.

Harassing phone calls!
I have a cell phone account with three lines on it. One line is being called 2 to 3 times a day. They ask for Justin. That phone is my phone and one of my phone lines. I initially called for the name of the company and the address to send a letter to cease and desist calling that number since it does not belong to the person they are calling. The man argued with me, accused me of things, including asking me if Justin was my boyfriend (sure would surprise my husband wouldn’t it?) and told me I was a liar. He told me that I was not allowed to send a letter nor was I to ask for an address. I had to call back to get the name of the company when someone answered and then Google it. How ridiculous is that? When I told him that he was as bad as talking to my 10 year old, he then started acting more like one and then asked why I was bringing my child into this several times to try and make me feel bad and rile me up more. The fact is he got nothing accomplished except angering me to the point where my maturity level went down to his. I offered to put my boss on the line since he is an attorney and he said that he didn’t want to talk to him because he wasn’t calling him. I advised that he was not looking for me or my friend either, and he refused to let me get my boss. That is only the a little of what happened on that phone call. He told me that the other person with the phone did not tell them to stop calling and I said that she did, which is how I got the phone number to contact them and he proceeded to tell me I was a liar. It is deplorable and disgusting. I have NEVER been treated and spoken to so disrespectfully in my life and it is not even MY debt. This is clear harassment! I finally sent them an e-mail from their site and copied the corporate office. I also went to the website for the FDCPA and filed a complaint.

They were rude, were laughing at me when i asked for a phone number to call compliance. There so called compliance officer belittled me. Then they called me again just for fun.

Harassing phone calls!
I was contacted by Mr brown threatening me with garnishing my wages. I have been paying on this debt for 3 years and now they are no longer accepting my payments. Mr brown has started harassing my HR department at work and also me with threats. I was given a deadline to pay the amount in full and I and my HR dept are still receiving threatening phone calls. Mr Brown has gone as far as to reveal my issues with a secretary at my work place. The woman told him she did not want to know about my personal issues but he proceeded to tell her. I still will pay my payments but he will not accept them. I believe after 3 years of steady payments I should be allowed to complete the payments without the harassing phone calls to me and my workplace.

Misleading and harassing
I received 4-5 phone calls from Monica at GC Services in the last two weeks. This is not counting the numerous others over the years. They are looking for information on someone that "put me down as a reference on a loan application". I am very close to this person and know that this "loan process" is completely false. They have even gone as far as to state that this person "has sat down in the office with them and they have been trying to help her get a loan for approximately the last six months. They really want to help put this loan through for her".
After two of the recent phone calls I demanded that I am not to used as a reference for this person and they immediately remove my name and all phone numbers from their records as well as cease calling. I was belligerently confronted by Monica stating that "I will not remove your information and that I will call you back". This conversation, if you can call it that, went on to her hanging up on me. Professional "loan" service, HA!!
Upon that last call, I once again requested my information be removed from their records and was rudely and hastily told that if I would give them the information they needed then they would not call me anymore.
I am frustrated and angry and will continue to pursue legal guidance about these actions.
I have tried to call the number for GC Services back with either a busy signal or no answer. NO AVAIL!!

Inappropriate phone calls
I just received a call from a woman at GC Services. They called to see if I would take a message for a neighbor. When I asked who was calling, they told me it was regarding personal business and that she was not selling anything. Then when I asked again what company she was with she told me GC Services. When I researched this on the internet I found that this was a collection service. I asked how she had obtained my number and she told me from a neighbor. I again asked who gave her my number and she told me that they have a system that can pull the names and numbers of people around the person they are trying to get ahold of.
I personally do not feel that it is right that this company contacted a neighbor regarding a collection issue. This is a personal issue that does not need to be spread around the neighborhood. I feel that this is a very unnecessary way of trying to do business. I only know this neighbor in passing and would not be willing to provide this information to them. I feel that this service has gone too far.

Harassment and refusal to let me speak to a manager
I was contacted by Erick Ferguson in the Atlanta GC Services regarding one of my associates. Thinking it was a business call, I returned Erick's message to only discover he wanted to harass one of my associates at work. The associate has asked Erick to never call her at work again and because he could not get ahold of her, thought he would escalate to her manager. I told him for a personal matter he would need to deal directly with her and no longer involve me. He became extremely rude and when I asked to speak to his manager he became argumentative and kept speaking over me. When I hung up on him the person who answered the phone "pretended" to be a manager, the first time I called she was Addie, the second time Mrs. Gilbert... I knew they were playing a game and she hung up on me because the situation had nothing to do with me... well, it became by problem when you started harassing me to get to someone else. I will follow up with the ACA to continue my complaint against the company.

Poor service!
These people are the lowest of low. Paid one citation via their WWW site. Used a credit card (which they probably don't like because it costs them...) Tried to pay a second citation and couldn't do it. Website claimed the "credit card couldn't be used right now" Called their office, they don't have anything to do with the website, they can take a check over the phone. Or pay with credit card via Western Union (for an extra fee, imagine that...) One rep called me a "dick" and hung up while saying "fuck it" when he thought i was already disconnected. Called back and spoke with a woman this time, told her what had just happened and wanted to speak with someone else, she cut me off. Called back again and she cut me off again. Called in and got a different male this time. He started out being very helpful with the web issue, spoke to him about the other rep's behavior, told me he would get that addressed (what an idiot I AM for believing that...) and to wait a couple of hours for the web problem to clear up and call him back at his extension if it didn't. Still wasn't cleared up this morning so called them back again. Got a woman this time, asked for the personal extension given to me, and was transferred back to the original jerk with the profane mouth. Told him i wanted the other extension and the other rep and he told me i couldn't speak with him, first he wasn't available, then he was not handling this anymore, what a liar. Then I asked to speak with a supervisor and magically someone cut in on the phone and claimed to be the supervisor, and he was a real pip. Told me he could not help with the WWW problem, and went back to the old "check by phone" or the Western Union credit card extra fee option. Told him i wasn't going to do that and please check on the website for me and let me know what he finds out.
Decided to try and discuss with corporate offices in Houston, called there and explained the situation. She said hold on and GUESS WHAT? Transferred me right back to this "supervisor" again...
Typical collection agency. Bunch of rude, obnoxious heathens. A**holes.
