GC Services is after my husband for $$$... First let me say, these people gave him a credit card when he was only 17!! He is now 28!! These a#**holes call all hours of the day and night, seven day's a week. We have 3 children and they often get woken up by these IDIOTS. I tell you, if I could have got through the phone to the last woman that called, well, lets just say, she would not be able to make any more calls!! They have also called some more family members with the same last name as ours, which I find total BS, If they want to talk to a person, don't call were you know they are not.

I went through a messy divorce and unfortunately I made the mistake of keeping a Home Depot card that had my ex-wife's name on it. The card has been charged up by her to fix her porch and not paid. GC Services called and I was in Florida visiting a relative that was in the hospital about to die. I told them that it was a bad time and asked that they call back. The guys last name is Smith. He continued to talk and was very rude. I explained the situation and asked him to call back again. He said that he would just consider the account a refusal to pay and told me that I had no business using someone else's money and not paying it back. I asked to speak to his manager and he informed me that he was the supervisor. After a brief and very nasty conversation, I hung up the phone.

GC Services called back and offered a deal. I once again tried to explain the problem and they said that I was the primary card holder and therefore responsible for the bill. Ok... I guess I could accept that but... He called me at work. I explained that I couldn't take personal calls at work. He continued to talk and once again was very rude. I tried once more nicely to tell him that I couldn't talk and he again told me that I shouldn't charge up bills that I cannot and will not pay back. I explained that according to the Fair Collections act that if I tell him that i cannot talk at work, that they have to remove the number and do not call again. He told me that since i am so aware of the law that I should also be aware that the law says that if I borrow money, I have to pay it back. I then proceeded to hang up the phone.

I have been getting bills from Home Depot and called them to ask if the money could be sent to them. It is a real mess and i will end up paying and trying to get the money from my ex.
I cannot believe that this company actually collects money as rude and unlawful as they are.

GC Services has been calling my home several times a day for weeks. There is no regard for time of day, day of worship, holiday... it just doesn't matter. Finally, today I said I was going to make a formal complaint. They say an individual gave my phone number and they are trying to locate him. I've had the same phone number and address for years and have never heard of this person mentioned. They supposedly took my number off of their list, but we will see. I can't complain to the BBB, because GC Services is not a member in my home state. Interesting...

I have received 13 calls from GC Services asking for a name close to mine, living in a different city, 40 years younger than me. The bill is from a company I've never purchased a product. I've spoken to 'supervisors' who said they would take my name off their list, but I'm still receiving calls. I called the company that I'm suppose to have purchased product and they said there is a person in that city with a name similar to mine. I checked whitepages.com and she has an unlisted number. How do I get this to stop???

I just received a call from GC Services. The woman asked me go to a neighbors house to leave their (GC's) telephone number on my neighbor's door. I don't even know the neighbor, and they want me to go knocking on their door. At first, I thought it was a friend or family member trying to get in touch, until they gave me the telephone number and it was an 800 number. So, I asked who they were and she replied "GC Services". I looked up GC Services on the internet and saw it was a collection service. I've never heard of such a thing. Isn't that harassment? I'm not going to even approach my neighbor. I saw this complaint board on the internet and decided to enter this incident.
