I have a 5/3 credit card with a small $500 balance that hasn't been used for months yet the minimum balances keep getting higher, the rates keep adjusting so it automatically hits the overlimit & the balance will never be below the max balance no mater what I've paid against it... I've already pulled all of my business accounts due to royal screwing by thier policies, terms and fee conditions. For my entire experience with this bank I've never been able to save one cent due to thier practices and how they post and hold charges. They have done this to every person I know that banks there including people that can AFFORD to bank there. FUCK 5/3... why aren't they failing right now like every other bank? they should then maybe our economy will adjustonce institutions stop ringing thier customers for thier entire income. It should be illegal, but unfortunately in the state of OHIO the individual is not favored by the judicial system (this includes small businesses)... Unless you are police, large financial and insurance institutions or a friend of a friend you can forget recieving any satisfaction of any action be taken to regulate the "raping" the banks are doing to society you can go sit on your thumb and learn to enjoy it!!... OHIO sucks for that reason as well, local legislation will NEVER EVER support the customers.
