I paid for a service in "World of Warcraft" and they told me, that they have a 30 Mins service. Now, after 24 hours, they are only talking about different problems (network problems, technical problems, account problems) and that I have to wait.
And as I said: "I want my money back" they answered that the manager isn't there and they can't do refund.
