THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT MY HUSBAND IS A CASH CARD OWNER OF THE SAID BANK FROM LAST COUPLE OF YEARS BEARING THE ABOVE SAID CARD NUMBER. WE HAVE BEEN FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH OUR ACCOUNT AS SINCE WE HAVE STARTED TRANSACTION WITH U AS MY ACCOUNT ALWAYS GET DISTURB WITH THE UNWANTED CHARGES U HAVE LEIVED TO MY ACCOUNT.
ONLY ONE OR TWO TIMES WE HAD TAKEN LOAN WHICH WE HAD FULLY PAID THE AMOUNT WITH INTEREST IN TIME. AFTER PAYING THE AMOUNT WE DECIDED NOT TO USE THE CARD AND I CALLED ONE REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE CLOSURE OF THE CARD. WE HAD PAID SOME RS.150 EXTRA TO THE BANK WHEN THE BANK STATEMENT CAME IT HAD SHOWN RS.150 AS THE CREDIT AMOUNT. BY SEEING THIS I WENT TO THE NEAR BY ATM M/C. AND WITHDRAWN RS.100. AS BEING NEW TO ATM MACHINE I WAS NOT KNOWING THAT FOR RS.100 (THAT TOO OUR AMOUNT) YOU WILL BE CHARGING A SUM OF RS.350 THE NEXT MONTH WHICH I WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE. AFTER CONSIDERING ALL MY QUERY TO THE EXECUTIVES I M FORWARDING THIS COMPLAINT TO SO THAT ALL THE POSSIBLE COULD BE TAKEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
FEW DAYS BACK ONE REPRESENTATIVE HAD CALLED ME UP AND SAID DON’T PAY RS.3500 PAY ONLY RS.1700 AS THE CLOSURE AMOUNT. OK.. I SAID TO SEND THE STATEMENT SO THAT I WILL DISCUSS WITH MY HUSBAND. BUT TILL DATE I DID N’T RECEIVED ANY STATEMENT. TODAY ONE CALL HAD COME TO MY SISTER WHO WAS AT HOME SAYING ABOUT THE PAYMENT. SHE WAS SAYING THAT THE REPRESENTATVIE WAS SO RUDELY SPEAKING TO HER. BY THE WAY I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT WE HAD NOT TAKEN ANY MONEY FROM THEM THAN WHY DO THEY SPEAK SO RUDELY.

NON RECEIPT OF RENEWED CASH CARD
I AM HOLDING GE CASH CARD SINCE VERY LONG TIME . MY CASH CARD NO: 4211 8921 1451 4738 WHICH HAS EXPIRED IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2007. MY COMPLAINT IS TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RENEWED CARD. IN THIS REGARD I HAVE ALSO SPOKEN TO YOUR EXECUTIVES AND INTIMATED ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THEY ASSURED ME THAT I WILL BE RECEIVING THE SAME WITHIN 10 DAYS AT MY RESIDENCE ADDRESS WHICH I THINK IS STILL ON ITS WAY. WHEN I AM DENIED OF USING THE CARD WHY I SHOULD BE CHARGED OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION. KINDLY LET ME KNOW AT THE EARLIEST

cash card payment
this is regarding the cash card no 4211 8920 xxxx xx63 in the name of my father himesh kumar.my father has recently expired and he has an outstanding of about rs. 8000. we had been given the information that if a person expires there will be a wave off facility for the amount outstanding but now they are refusing it and iam also asking them the details regarding the insurance coverage which he was paying every month but iam not getting any response from the customer care. kindly treat this seriously and revert back.

Hopeless service!
I became a customer to the GE Cash Card when they told that it is a cash card not a credit card since they do not charge any ATM fees on the cash withdrawal, only they charge the interest charge of 2.95 at that time. Now this card only for name sake cash card. But it is like a credit card. They started charging ATM withdrawal fee of Rs.250 or 2.5% which ever is higher. And they charge annual fee of 299, which our credit card companies do not charge. This is one cheating.

Second is they are irregular in sending the statements. Even though they do not send statement we have to pay the amount in time other wise they charge late payment fee.

Third is the they simply charge ATM decline fee. In the month of june they charged me 4 ATM decline fees. When i called up customer care and told i never used the card in that period they said they will reverse it. But till now nothing has been done.

Fourth is: In june i received an SMS offer from them saying "till 30/6/2007 there is no ATM withdrawal fee 2.5%". Based on this offer I have with drawn from ATM Rs.11000 and Rs.4000 on 30/6/2007. On 001/07/2007 they charged me Rs.308 and Rs.281 respectively for the above transaction. This is nothing but cheating the innocent customer. Actually I wanted to withdraw Rs.15000 in one shot. But the ATM cannot dispense more than 40 notes at a time. So on Rs.4000 they charged me Rs.250+tax 12.36% instead of Rs.100 (2.5%). When called customer care earlier this transaction they told only 2.5% on the ATM withdrawal is charged on the entire day transaction. But they charge on each traction Rs.250 or 2.5% which ever is higher. This is one cheating. Why should they charge transaction wise when the ATM can not dispense more than 40 notes and they feed only 100 denomination?

Finally I want to tell you Please do not believe GE money.

Unauthorized charges!
Hi my name is tilak and i hold a GE Cash card n0.42118920******** I had been using this card for a long time when i cleared all the amount that i had used i get a statement saying i had to pay 200 Rs. When i tried contacting their customer care it was disgusting... I had a horrible experience no use talking to them, then i get a statement for 610 Rs late payment was charged. Then i thought i will clear the amount n cancel the card i paid the amount to their executive of 620 Rs, but finally i get a statement of 1200 Rs when contacted customer care they say they have not received the payment even when i give the receipt no. They just disconnected the call, so i suggest seriously to everyone never even think of taking this card.

Problem with GE Money
I am having problem with GE Money.

I was holding card no. 4211 8920 xxxx xxxx. I withdraw cash once from this card INR 10,000.00 and paid back to them in subsequent month as 10,400.00 as 400 Rs was finance charges.

Now they have sent me a letter Vide CUBS/GE/JUNE/2LT/05254 asking me to pay rs 2567.21.This is amazing because this card was closed by me a year before after making payment.As per this letter they have warned me to take legal action against me.This is a clear cut case of harassment's or GE Money thinks that the customer had a plant of tree, Ge Money will raise the demand and customer will bring the money from plant.

Non-receipt of renewed card inspite of repeated requests
I hold a GE cash cash card No. 4211 9820 1419 2956. The validity of this card expired in April, 2007. I had requested four times to the customer care for a renewed card but inspite of continuous requests, I have still not received the card.They are very irregular in sending the statements. Above all, in the statement of May, 2007 an annual fee of Rs. 335.94 has been charged by the GE. Since I do not have a renewed card and the validity of the present card expired in April, 2007, the question of charging the annual fee does not arise. I also do not receive a satisfactory response from the customer care. Under these circumstances, I have no other option but to stop all the dealing with the bank. I will be immediately depositing the amount taken by me from the GE deducting the annual fee of Rs. 335.94.

Cheating the customer!
I received GE Cashcard No. 4211 9030 1404 6736. They are very irregular in sending the statements. Previously, they had a branch office at Chennai where payment can be sent, which they shifted. After this, I used to drop the cheques in the specified drop box. However, they started charging cheque pick-up fee. I don't think any Bank is charging cheque pick-up fee for the cheques dropped in the specified drop box. Fed up with the services, I repaid the due amount during the end 2006, except for a small amount of around Rs.70. I talked to the Bank regarding the wrong charges of cheque pick-up fees and the representative over the phone agreed to waive the same and adjust towards the dues and close and cancel the account. While they canceled the card, to my shock, I received a statement for Rs.70 + Late Fee + Service charge. When I contacted over phone, they assured that they will reverse the same in the next month, I will not receive any statement. However, again the next month, I received the statement for the earlier month due + fresh Late fee + Service charge. Again, I contacted over phone, they again assured that they will reverse the amount, but nothing happened. By the month of May, 2007 I now received a fresh statement specifying a total liability of around Rs.2,500/-. I want to bring this to the notice of all the customers of GE CASH CARD as well as prospective customers, so that they will be careful in the dealings with the Bank. I regret that no official / representative from the Bank bother to contact over phone or take correct action. Continuous phone calls to the Bank are yielding no results. I am at loss as to what to do now.

Hopeless, frustrating service support from GE Cash Card!
GE Cash Card, India, Pune. No proper service support. System has fault in monthly statement delivery system. Always send letters late without any marginal time to return the amount. Customer has to pay interest on those late days even though they have not received letter in time. This loop continues for forever since you never gets a letter in time. This is there usual practice to cheat the customer. Customer care line, seems to be restricted to be called from their offices only. Many numbers found wrong. Does not give any customer call /complaint number for further references.
