First off--they have a rating of A+ with the BBB (Better business bureau)- the only way to make these people change the way they work is to file complaints with the BBB. The more complaints they make, the more it will reflect negatively on them and the more people will know what a MOB-LIKE BUSINESS they are!

I sent 9 bill payments (all due by the 20th) in through the mail on the 6th of the month. All but GE Moneys was received and cashed withing 10 days. GE Money didn't cash the check for 20 days!!! Then they charged me a late fee AND raised my APR three times what it started at! They then told me that I had to prove that I sent in the check when I said I did and that there was no way to do that so I was screwed. Even thought I had copies of all the other bills that were paid at the same time and cashed by the companies within 10 days, they refused to work with me at all! On top of that- they friggin hung up on me because I was so upset and yelling at them!
