I bought an ATV on a leisure loan through ge money. I sent them a letter in writing and a fax as well that I wanted to pay off the entire amount owing on december fifth 2008. Three days later they still hadn't taken the money out of my account...I called them and they said don't worry we have it in our notes. The person on the phone was rude. Next week I called again and got the same response. I also called twice the week after and got the same rude answer. They finally took the payment for the full amount off on the 21st of december and charged me interest right up til the 21st. Then my normal monthly payment they took out of my account on the 22nd. So they owed me money. They were rude when i called them and I had to wait a long time to get my money back. Then they said they couldn't find the lien on my atv and it would be my responsibility to find. Again very uncooperative and rude. I had to call the consumer reports place myself and paid 20.00 out of my pocket to find out that ge money never actually put a lien on my atv. It is four months later and I finally am getting my letter from ge that I have paid them all the money. If anyone is even considering using them..DONT.
