Just looking at all the credit cards that are through GE Money--sheesh! I had (HAD!! which got closed last week) a Dillard's credit card. I've had that card for 3 years and can honestly say that I paid on that thing religiously. I sometimes paid it way down and then bought something at low price just to keep it going. I became unemployed, still paid it with my unemployment funds. Then in December of 2010, my scholarship money ran out and couldn't get a job that ran in sync with school. From December to January, I called them twice pleading my cause and that I will have x-amounts of money on this date. They said fine. Finally in January, I have a job and pay them what was due +. Come February, I find they closed my account. Loyalty means nothing to these credit card companies. Also, I really resented talking to their CSR's who are in Pakistan or somewhere like that. Never will I ever buy anything ever again from Dillard's. AND next time I apply for a credit card from somewhere, I had better do my homework and find out who finances these cards. I feel like going to my local government and buying the right to protest outside of Dillard's. I think there are many people who don't know that Dillard's or GE Money outsources their card services to the Middle East.

I do not answer their calls as I have never done business with them. They call 5-10 times a day, from 7:55 AM to 8:00 PM. The call leaves no message. This is just wrong. I choose not to be solicited.

Phone call from 1-800-292-7508 the automated voice gives you a list of options to push the voices says my name incorrectly, the first time I hung up. The second time I waited to speak to an actual person who also said my name wrong, they asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN which I refused to give because of my name being wrong and the fact I do not have a GE Money account. Not sure if this is a scam or not but it appears it could be.

I took a two wheeler loan from GE Money. I paid full and final payment of my loan a week ago after getting a call from Pitumpura office in New delhi. Avinash and his staff called me to pay my remaining amount. They told me that full and final settlement letter from GE Money will be given at the time of payment. No Objection letter will be issued within 3-5 days. That was the affirmative assurance from Avinash.

I made the payment and received full and final settlement letter from GE Money (NOTE - Full and final settlement letter was the photocopy). After making the payment, I waited for 3-5 days. Till now, I did not get no objection certificate. When I made the call to Avinash, his phone number 9650958856 & 9650958860. Nobody picks up both the phones. After doing around 100 calls, someone picked up the call and said that courier has been made. I waited for the courier, which I did not get it. When I did call again, somebody picked up the phone and said Avinash is not here, he went for meeting, he is not well and bla bla bla. Avinash is really a JERK and BIG LIAR.

When I did call again, somebody picked up the phone. When I asked his name, he just disconnected the phone. It is really strange and frustrating. And after that, phone numbers 9650958856 & 9650958860 are out of reach and switched off. Is it what GE Money is doing to its customers? It is really really a shame for GE Money.

I need some dental work to be down and dental office toll me about gemoney. Helthcare credit. long story short I got the credit whit one year not interest but for some reason my peyments are allway late.
I send the check 10 days before the due day and like magic gets there a day after. they are charging me $39.99 of late fee every month and $2.00 on top for minimun interes charge, I call the nunber and they can only say your parment is late sorry I can't help you . I was planing for automatic payment but after reading others complaints I don't want then to have acces to may bank account .
my account was open july 19 and total fees charged in 2010 is $123.97 they are a company of theif. hope my story can help somebory to not do busines whit GEMONEY...
