Ge money is continuously sending me harassment letter from their lawyers and toucher me to make the payment
I have taken a refrigerator from vijay sales santacruz mumbai in october 2006 where in after makin the downpayment they gave me option of consumer loan which was throug ge money i issued them 7pds where in the pds were getinng debited properly every month the last pds has also been debited from my bank account but ge money claims that the cheque has been returned but there is no return entry in my bank account of my last cheque nor there are any cheque return charges also as confirmed from the bank also from the clearing department the cheque has been debited by ge money for the same.
Ge money is continuously sending me harassment letter from their lawyers and toucher me to make the payment even after submiting the valid proof of my statement showing the debit entry of my cheque .also i have faxed a statement to ge money customer care.

Brutal, Ruthless, Satanic Practices
GE MONEY IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Don't make the mistake of financing anything through these jerks. I was 2 days late on a payment and was harrassed and barraged with phone calls EVERY HOUR. It would be a different person. At one point I stopped answering my calls. I did talk to someone and told them I would have my payment by the following day and to please stop the harrasing phone calls. NOPE-the calls kept coming. Then when I picked up out of frustration, the one asshole said "is there any reason why you're not paying us"? Yeah, Einstein, it's because I don't have the money-I had just started a new job and the company messed up my direct deposit. To which he responded" Do you still have the motorcycle you bought wiht Ge Money? how are you liking it?" I told him that he is welcome to come and look at it and maybe even touch it. Beyond that, I would rip his fucking head off and feed his remains to my pitbulls. Of course this one time I was late, the finance charges went up and as did my monthly payment. I'm convinced Satan created this company because they are fucking evil.

My Mother and Wife had applied for the home loan in the Jan-2006 at GE money, Indore. We got loan sanctioned amount of Rs 11, 85000/- with 156 EMI of Rs 15035.00 would be end in 2023. We are continuously paying the EMI from March onwards till date we had paid amount Rs 7, 96, 855 ( 53 EMI ) . Now we want foreclosure of the loan for which we had applied in the month of November-09. The GE money has given foreclosure of loan at Rs 12, 88, 531.00 and they have renewed the date of loan ending from 2023 to 2033.Kindly find the attached scanned documents and Need your urgent support for solution.

Make stupid decisions
In August 2009 a representative from Care credit contacted my medical office and told my receptionist that we would no longer be allowed to accept Care Credit at our office because I was not Board Certified. I have called many times since then to speak with someone in management but have not been succesful in my limited time. I would like to know why this decission was made and how it came about being made and who is responsible for the handling of this situation.

Lied about not receiving payment
I'm with Ge Money through Care Credit and I have had them for about a year, making all my payments ON TIME and online. My checking account that I was paying by was saved and all I would do is click the "pay" button. A few months ago (they didn't even try to inform me or anything) I got onto my account and noticed that it said I hadn't made a payment. Right away I called to take care of it. The guy said that the checking account number was wrong?? But that he would take care of the late fee. I "fixed" it online and then a month later notice my minimum payment went sky high. I called again to ask what had happened. I think it's set in India because no one can understand a damn word I say, but when I asked why my minimum payment was so high she said they raised my APR to 29.9%. I asked her why and she said "everyone's was raised to that". Now I'd like to know if that's true if they jacked up everyone's APR or just mine. And when I read the fine print on my account it said if there were any late payments that that is what it would be raised to. I am so irritated because I have never been late and I think they are screwing me over and I have no proof because it was all electronic. Can anyone help me on what to do?? :(

OUTRAGOUS FEES/ INTEREST
My initial purchase amount was $668.00. After paying $468.00 into the debt, my new balance is 1, 099.00. After paying my payment due last month. I was charged an additional $196.00 Finance charge. This company is ripping me off. Please Help.

Usurious Policies
I used GE Money for a medical reason. Interest was deferred as long as I paid in full during the deferrment time period. I unfortunately assumed that as long as I made my payments on time and ALWAYS more than the minimum I would pay it off before the allotted time.
Foolishly I did not watch my e-statements just paid them. Dec 2009 the time ran out and I did not notice. In Feb when I did notice I paid the remaining 4XX.00, and was told too bad too late, and another 2000.00 of deferred interest was added. I called and wrote, to no avail. When I look at March's statement they added a finance charge to the interest charge at 29.99%

overcharge on 1st installment
Oh, boy, did I learn the hard way at the 1st automatic payment. This organization was recommended to me by the dental office I went to for dental implants. Figuring the dentist was esteemed in the community, the company he recommends must be reputable. I signed up online to have $4, 225.00 deducted from my husband's bank account @ the credit union (Sikorsky Federal Credit Union in CT) with automatic payments monthly, over the course of 12 months. Well, with deduction #1, they withdrew the full amount. This left us with an overdraft fee, as well as perplexed & angry. Anyone in their right mind would know you wouldn't go anywhere near a plan as such if you planned to pay it all off @ once, on the 1st payment. I SIGNED UP FOR MONTHLY AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWALS, NOT A SINGLE PAYMENT OF THE FULL BALANCE ON THE FIRST MONTH. Additionally, I cannot access my account online, as they have locked me out. I spoke with customer service, & they tell me I must have pushed an incorrect button on the computer. I beg to differ. I am literate & conscientious as well as really disturbed by this company. If there is any other information I can provide you with, please do not hesitate to contact me @ 203-281-6884. I am amazed that any company is capable of such behavior. Being recorded and called excessively
Fell behind on a few bills. Since then, I have been constantly "harassed" by GE Money Debt Collection. They call anywhere between 8 to 10 times a day, and can barely understand a word that they're saying. On top of that, recently, while talking to them, I heard a beeping noise in the background. Finally one day I asked about it, and found that they were recording me, without letting me know that they were recording me! What the? Is this even legal? I looked it up, and found out that it's illegal for them to be recording me without my knowledge. So the next time it happened, I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. I've only made it to a supervisor once, and he refused to talk about it at all. He just kept going on about the debt. How does one report this?

Automatic Payments and Customer Serivce
I love going to discount tire and I have had a credit card with them for years. However the credit card company is GE!! They have the 90 days up to 6 months no interest. However, I had been paying more then the min for a few months and this month changed the payment because I needed to pay other things and when I went to check my account they took out the full amount and not the min as I requested online and recieved confirmation via email. I called customer service and they couldn't do anything so they transferred me to an exclation specialist. I waited for someone to answer the phone for over an 90 minutes. This is ridiculous... Someone needs to do something with this company. They are horrible and have horrible customer service. NO one should have to wait 90 minutes on the phone for someone to answer. NO help they were. I have to dispute it with my bank..and fax GE copies.. O boy. How long is this going to take??
