I have never been so upset about the way I was treated
I have never been so UPSET about the way I was treated when I talked to reps at CARE CREDIT about a promotion being terminated. I was told that my promotion was terminated because of being late 3 times. I have been making payments online for a good two years and always pay on or before the due date. Because of the time difference, I guess two times my payments were "late" The last time I was charged for a late fee, I contacted a rep from CARE CREDIT and she said I was correct, that I was not late, and therefore I was refunded the Late Fee on my next statement, but my promotion was terminated and almost $1, 000 finance charge was added. After calling and getting a very rude rep, I asked to speak to a supervisor, who was just as rude to me, and didn't care what I had to say about the latest late fee and that was an incorrect charge. She was so rude I couldn't keep my composure...and swore that I would spread the word for consumers to never use CARE CREDIT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

This month I get a 39.99 late fee for the very first transaction in the loan
I just got my first bill from GE Money Bank. I sent the payment in actullay doubled the payment so I could pay it off faster. Then this month I get a 39.99 late fee for the very first transaction in the loan. I called the person on other end said I should be able to tell him when I got the bill in the mail. I asked if he could tell me when it was sent if true it took the US Gov 3 weeks for the bill to get here leaving me 1 day to pay. SORRY I ever did buisness with them. I tried to participate in the online survey but once I was not satisfied with the service I was no longer allowed to participate I was cut off. Guess if you always get happy people in your survey you always look good. They should be investigated by KY AG Office for preditory lending! But I will pay my loan and try not to do buisness with them again. I hope all who read this check this group out before you buy from your favorite buisness they will not be able to help you with this bunch. Could ruin your opinion of the buisness you had liked.

Ripped me off
I don't have time right now to explain how they ripped me off but I will post it later. Does anyone know if there is a class action law suit against these criminals?

They were charging me $2.00 finance charge
I used the card for a root canal. My balance got down to #365. They were charging me $2.00 finance charge. On my last statement, my balance was over $600. They charged me a $365 finance charge for one month. I'm writing the Better Business Bureau and American Medical Association to find out what right they have to do this.

Beware of any involvement with Care Credit as a merchant or customer
I started using Care Credit as my credit card processor for Visa MC etc. Now some of the payments are 30 days late being deposited into my bank account. These people are incompetent and dishonest. Beware of any involvement with Care Credit as a merchant or customer.

This company is horrible to work with
I am the manager of a doctor's office that accepts care credit. This company is horrible to work with. They gave someone a care credit care who had fraudulently obtained it. Instead of taking responsibility for it they took the money out of my account. So much for trusting them to do their job.

You won't see me near a Lowes Home Improvement store for a loong time
Lowes canceled a zero balance card for 'excessive trades' on a credit report - one late payment, on another account (that was more than made good - missing check in mail) and they clsoe the card AND ding my credit report. You won't see me near a Lowes Home Improvement store for a LOOOONNGGG time.

They canceled the card and refused talk to me about the fees
I had a no intrest no finance charge for dental work. The last payment was paid online 3 days early and to my surprise(I should have know) GE Money Bank applied the payment late and then had the nerve to charge me a late fee, intrest and finance charge in excess of $700. Which enturn, put my account over the limit, when I called to question the charges, they cancelled the card and refused talk to me about the fees.

They are simply ridiculous
I am a Nurse Practitioner in Washington State with my own business. In Washington State and many other states, nurse practitioners can work independently to allow further access to health care. I wanted to apply for CareCredit for my patients but was denied because I do not have a physician working with me. That is ridiculous! A physician is not paying the bills at my clinic, and what difference does it make...

Avoid them like a plague
I applied for one of these cards but thank goodness I did a lot of research about the use of it before I put anything on my account. I found out from one of the dentist offices that with the card for some providers you can not use the card with your insurance card, that dental work have to be over $500 to use the card and get this one...if you choose a plan to pay off the amount within 3, 6, 12 or 18 months you will have to pay it off in full within that month you choose to get no interest added. However, if you do not pay off your account within the plan you choose after 18 months all 18 months of interests will be added to your account at once at the end of your plan. Mind you if in default the interest rate is at 30%. Imagine 30% of interest for 18 months all tacked on to your account balance at one time.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! GLAD MY RESEARCH PAID OFF. I WILL BE CUTTING UP MY ACCOUNT BEFORE I USE IT.
