No Item Recieved AFTER Paid For!
I ordered a double sleeping bag, made by Big Agnes, and they emailed back AFTER the purchase was done by credit card that the product would be sent within two weeks. That came and went. So did our trip, on which we were sleeping bag-less! We haven't heard from them since. Tried the phone number, but apparently it has been disconnected. Couldn't even bring up the website. It re-routes us to another camping web page.
What's cool is that we called our bank that issues the credit card we used and they are getting on it. Some $287.95 lost in this craziness. Listen, if the other companies say that the product is off the shelf until spring and one company claims to have it on their shelf and for cheaper, go with the gut instinct, don't do it.

internet theives
i ordered a sleeping bag on dec.12, 09- i have called and emailed them many times-almost three months later, no money, no product. they kept telling me lies of how it was backordered, then how my money was going to be back in my account, etc. and they had the gall to say that i was unfriendly to them in an email.
they SUCK. never order from them unless you like to give your money away to theives.

Did not receive all items
I order camping stuff from hear for camping on Nov. 29th 2009. I ordered the materials for my husband for Christmas but I did not receive three things out of the 12 that I ordered. I emailed them and they said they were on back order. It is March now, so I either want my products or my money back.

paid for and never receieved product
I purchased a couple of watches from this site in December of 2009 and hadn't recieved them a month later so I emailed them and they told me the items were on backorder and I could have my money refunded or wait and so I said I would wait but now its almost March and I haven't recieved them and the site isn't even working anymore and no one is answering the phone.

Customer no service
I had placed a order with Gear for camping on 4/26/09 for a sleeping bag.After a few week I did not
receve anything so I e mailed them and they said my order was on back order and would ship out
soon. Months went by and 6 more e mails. Nothing I get nothing. Now it is 2/17/10 and Im out
$90.bucks and I dont know what to do but try to put the word out that this company is a online
scam. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY GEAR FOR CAMPING.

received no product
We ordered a sleeping bag, paid for it with PayPal in Nov 2008. They informed us the bag was on back order for a few weeks so we waited. Then we informed it would be a few more weeks, we waited, this went on until last month 9/2009 when we requested our money back because we couldn't wait any longer. After that they have not responded to us at all. We've send numerous emails, left phone messages, etc. No reply.
