Matt Leboeuf makes custom build computers.

I have received the computer and I am impressed on the outcome of it has a whole, looks are cool, runs super fast as promised, and games play with no lag on online play.

BUT.

1. Very unprofessional.
2. Ad on craigslist says he will deliver on same day if purchased before 12:00 p.m.

I had purchased the computer on a Wednesday I believe, and delivered it Sunday night after 9:00 p.m. I called non-stop and didn't get a call answered until Friday. Then Friday night his brother speaks with me saying he would deliver it that night but he wants to go hang out with some friends rather, so i said its cool as long as you have it ready by Saturday 12:00 p.m. The computer was still not delivered, and that Saturday night he did not return any of my calls. Sunday he contacts me saying sorry and his mother "had a heart attack" and that's why he could not call nor text.
After he gives the computer to me Sunday night we have small talk, like I got to know him well. I asked about his mother and instantly said, "oh nothing went wrong." He also mentioned he likes to go drag racing in Dallas every Saturday night so I am thinking this was the actual cause.
3. Computer runs fine, until I get a notice saying Windows "trial" is about to expire. I do not receive the serial number to activate windows until 2 1/2 weeks later. Surprised he actually gave me one.
4. Upon purchasing his computer, I gave him $700 cash, $300 check, total amount $1000. I canceled the $300 check because he did not deliver it the same day, nor the following 2 days. The day he finally gives me the computer, I have him another $300. But not knowing that once you cash in a check, it already clears. So I gave him a total of $1300. He was sincere about giving it back, says he mailed it, 2 weeks later nothing. So I finally go to his place, leaves me a check in his mailbox for me to pick up, and I made the deposit. 6 days later, the check did not clear and withdrew from my account causing it to go $-300.
The bank of america associates said that either he has no funds in the account, or the account itself has been closed. I have yet to receive my $300 to this day, and I purchased the computer the middle of October.

Conclusion: Don't buy anything from Matt, he is an awesome guy, if you are into computers, cars, etc like me, you would probably think he is cool. He gave me his word for a long time until now. If I had the chance, I would've bought the Alienware from Dell, tho his "far superior." He claims to have +50 happy DFW customers. I thought I was one of them.
