Terrible everything
These people charge 100 and hour, Have Received payment from the clients I service. They owe me 800+ in parts and labor. Do not work with these people! Never got a dime!

non payment
Did job end of March 08 in Oregon, paid shipping back to Geeks on time customer site to get the Dell computer to Chicago. I am out that money plus my fee. Total owed: $160.78 which I have made constant phone calls and emails to try and get a response.
Made constant calls to Sandy Lewis, Jonathan Lewis, and the last call to Jeremy Smith on 20 Oct 08 and who ever else answers the phone. Made calls and emails to Venus McNabb who sounds like a teenager, and suppose to be the owner and never get any answer for why I don't get a payment. Sandy said to email her all email items sent to me from them which I did without response. I have to believe that Geeksontime is a total scam, getting a new tech not paying them, keeping a web site open for new customers (cheap to run) and never paying their on site techs. They have called me since without paying so I know they don't keep list of past on site techs. Talk about gaul, these people need to go to jail.

None Payment
This company is a sham, Mrs. McNab cares nothing about her techs and refuses to pay techs for work performed. She and her other crooks have owed me $285 for work done on Forba Contract at the Small Smiles Dental Clinic. I have been patient and called and emailed only to be ignored. I called and found out that Forba has paid them but they have not paid me for work performed. I informed Forba about their non-payment and on Monday will file Suit against these crooks, Sandy Lewis and others make promises they have no intention on honoring but we perform work in good faith and don't get paid. This company needs to be closed down. Jonathan Lewis is no better. I suspect that these two are married and are intentionally cheating techs and need to be jailed.

NONE PAYMENT
I worked for this scam comany in October and November and was depending on the money to shop for my daughter who is 5 for Christmas. They owe me $285 including mileage. They have promised payment would be forthcoming and nothing. I am angry, these cheaters have been paid by their client Forba, but have failed to pay me. I am filing suit against them on Monday.

Terrible experience
I performed a service call for this company on October 29th and November 1st for them and submitted paperwork. Not hearing anything from them I emailed them twice, but have still heard nothing. I was not clear on their payment method or timing and from what is posted on complaintsboard makes me wonder if I too will be another victim. I have not yet to be paid, when I called them I was transferred to a recording that explains that they have run into a problem with Tech accounts and they are working to resolve it but asked that I be patient. The gentlemen on the phone told me that I will receive an statement soon but it would be 30 days from that date before I am paid. I was told the same thing by Joe Nerd and have never been paid for the work I did with them and have filed with the Federal Trade Commission because of that, If I am not paid I will join all for a class action suit against them and join in an effort to shut them down as not paying techs for work performed is unacceptable. We are out here to make a living and to work on client systems and I am sure Geeks-on-time have been paid by their clients so why don't the techs get paid in timely manner. Maybe if their clients knew how they do their techs they would be more concerned about paying techs who do the work for them.

Scam and cheating
Work performed in good faith and billed to customers has not been paid to me since Spring 2008. I am owed over $350 not including late fees and interest, by GEEKS ON TIME. From the beginning they were slow payers, forcing me to wait and pursue them for my hard earned monies. A VP at Geeks has told me 'they lost their short term funding', but I am less concerned with the excuse than getting paid for the work I performed at MY PERSONAL EXPENSE (labor, parts, travel costs and more).

Awful company
Work performed in good faith and billed to customers has not been paid to me since Spring 2008. I am owed over $350 not including late fees and interest, by GEEKS ON TIME. From the beginning they were slow payers, forcing me to wait and pursue them for my hard earned monies. A VP at Geeks has told me 'they lost their short term funding', but I am less concerned with the excuse than getting paid for the work I performed at MY PERSONAL EXPENSE (labor, parts, travel costs and more).

Terrible experience
I have done work for Geeks on Time for a couple of years now. They have always been slow on pay but I had agreed to the 30 day turn around time and only agreed since they stated that they were working on changing it. All the time that I have done work for them I have to go after them to pay me and they have all sorts of excuses. But I finally get paid. Not this time around.
I have not received payment for jobs I did for them since Aug. 08. I tried the usual emails and calls but nobody replies or dispatcher just takes my info and then just hangs up on me. I have left numerous voice mails and sent in countless emails without one single reply. I have seen on here that I am not the only one that is getting cheated out of pay and would like to get a class action lawsuit against this obviously shady company.

non-payment
Work performed in June and july, 2008, billed per contract HAS NOT BEEN PAID. Geeks VP told me they "had lost short term funding" and suggested it may be October before I received a check.
It's Oct. 26th and NO CHECK PAID FROM GEEKS ON TIME.
They were ALWAYS slow to pay - now they don't pay at all.
