So..My computer was acting weird, guess a virus infection, and decided to call these guys "geeksmobileusa.com". On the phone they quoted me 1.5 hour which equals $150. I thought that wasn't bad, so I decided to give it a shot.

Technician came to my house and start working on the system. It took him 3.5 hours instead of the 1.5 hours they quoted me and he charged me $369.95.

I was like ??????? "they quoted me $150" He replied with "call the company if you have problems with it". So I did, and spoke with a woman named "Val"

(Val doesn't seem to have a last name) but that's a different story.

She was very rude, and told me to take it to collection in case I would refuse to pay the amount. I end up paying...now the worst part. Since the tech wiped my drive, I found out the next day that crucial data was missing. I contacted them again and they were like "nothing we can do".

Avoid this company at all times, they are money making wolves.
