My husband took a call from this company back in June 2010, they were offering a great deal to switch from Vodaphone to go with orange, they promised to pay termination fees etc, then in Sept 2010 Vodaphone were billing us for their termination fee, obviously we thought this had been paid so I contacted Geko Direct who said they would send us a cheque for the amount, we went ahead and settled the bill with Vodaphone ourselves, since then I have had to constantly call geko Diect to find out where our cheque is, I speak to 2 ladies in particular and they tell me that they only do a cheque run once a month, and a finance director has to sign it off before it can be issued. Every month it seems some excuse comes out that he was unable to do this, but it would be sorted out the next month, They promise to call me and let me know what is happening, but it is me that has to call them, in the last 3 weeks I have been calling almost every day, the receptionist is unable to put me through but says they will call me back, they never do. I was promised a call from a manager called Mike this afternoon to explain to me why I had not received my cheque, he didn't call, We feel completely let down by this company and just want the situation resolved promptly.
