I have had an insurance policy through JC Penny (now GEMB) for more years than I can recall. I am ALWAYS on time with my payments. Recently I set up auto-pay for the $16.30 monthly fee. Evidently their computer system didn't pick up the payment until the next month. Now they have me listed with the Credit Bureaus as having paid late. I would like to get this removed. It is adversely effecting my rating over $16.30. If you could help correct this problem, I would very much appreciate it.
