I was turned over to a collection agency allied who ge turned me over to I contacted them and disputed the bill and they gave me the run around I even faxed paperwork to them stating where I paid the bill. They are rude and I can understand but I paid the bills I finnaly got tired of arguing with them and paid the amount. I talked to a supervisor and several people finally today on the 16th of february they told me it was a bill from sept of 2010 they say I never paid but could not provide me with a copy of it. I also tried to talk to penneys customer service and they told me to talk to allied. I did not know I had two accounts and I have been paying the amounts of the bills that I have received from the mail on acount 628l and not on my rewards card. I cannot understand why I owe a bill on an account which they say I charged on and have been paying the bills exactly like they were sent to me in the mail. I feel like I have been charged unfairly and want this mess straightened out. If I did owe the bill I always pay. I paid the amount today of $92.70 minus the late fees which I feel I did not owe since I showed where I paid $92.70 on 1-11-11 which where did that money go to. No one could give me a straight answer and obviously I am very upset right now. I hope they did save the way I was treated on the phone. How come I am getting a bill for a account that I do not have and no bill for the rewards card that I have. Please straighted out the mess and advise me and I do not want two accounts and right now not sure if I want to deal with Penneys who I never had a problem with until gemb took over. email is
