I used Gem's printing in Metairie, LA for most of my wedding planning. They have everything and I was so impressed when I walked in and their customer service was great until after the sale. My RSVP's were wrong when the order was complete. The date for the RSVP was 2 weeks after the actual wedding date. And then there is the story of the cake knife...the name and date were ingraved crooked. I drove over an hour to use this particular wedding store and now I have to make extra trips to pick up merchandise that was ordered incorrectly and not done with quality.

Both of these incidents could have been prevented.
