I´ve made a buying, my first btw, at this shop at 11/28/2010 with 2 day international shippment. Today 12/01/2010, with no updates about my order, i decided to chat with them, to know where to track my order more efficiently. Then they informed that would be necessary to send a e-mail with a copy of my passport and credit card. But i wasnt aware about this type of request before, and if i did not chat with them, could never know about it, since that was not public at the site. When i argued about it i receive " this is our policy and not uncommon". So, finally, i dont know about quality of products, but at quality of service, it was my worst interaction ever, no doubt.
