I purchased a gemstone from gemstone warehouse, a seller on ebay. They claimed that the stone had been appraised by someone with over 30 years experience and that the stone was worth over $3000. They also said that the stone in the photo on the listing would be the stone I was sent.

I received a stone a few days after payment. It was clearly not the same stone. I was told by a jeweler that the stone is only worth $40 or $50.

I have tried to contact the seller but they do not reply.
