This is in reference to Mr. ScottAS's complaint dated 8/21. This is Brian from the RMA Dept of Gen-X Tech, LLC.
Mr. ScottAS bought a K7@ 850combo that is running at 106MHz bus to achieve 850MHz for Gaming optimization. Mr. ScottAS claimed that the combo refused to run at 850MHz but is fine at 100MHz bus for 800MHz. Mr. ScottAS was offered RMA repeatedly but refused to send the combo back in for repair/inspection/replacement. Mr ScottAS demanded to have a BRAND NEW system sent out to him BEFORE he sent the supposedly not running unreliable system that he had purchased back in JANUARY. Mr ScottAS refused to send the system in for RMA per RMA instruction.
We at Gen-X Tech back our system with a one year warranty but we cannot RMA those who does not want to send back defective system for inspection and testing. In Mr. ScottAS case, we do not understand why Mr. ScottAS would not send the system back to us for repair and replacement if it was not running reliably.
