1) Excessive charges. Beware, double check your credit card statements for at least up to 3 statement periods to make sure that they didn't repeatly charge you (this had happened to me)
2) Wrong merchandise shipped. If you order white, you'll recieve black, if you order large, you'll recieve small, if you order king size, you'll receive twin size, and you'll get charged for whichever is higher.
3) Slow shipment, very slow, 3 weeks, is the average.
4) Rude customer service, be prepare to get hung up on.

I will never order from them again!
