Janice Claire advertised as a Nutritional Counselor. I began my sessions with her in October of 2008. I followed everything she told me to do and I was getting results.
After my last visit with her in April 2009, she was supposed to order additional supplements for me and then I was to schedule another appointment with her. When I left messages for her I received no return phone call (she did this quite a bit on and off during the time I was seeing her which I told her was not acceptable).
About two weeks ago, I called the 877 number (which was their main number) only to find a pre-recorded voice mail message by Claire welcoming callers to Sunshine Cleaning Company. When I tried her cell phone it was disconnected (what a surprise). She would not pick up the phone when I called so rather than leave a message I had a friend call her. She picked up the phone and was eager to find out about the services my friend was calling about. She told my friend she had been in business for over 20 years.
When I told my fiancé what happened, he called her and got her on the phone (I guess she did not recognize his number). She told him she had been in a severe auto accident and could not work. While that may have been true, how does one explain her ability to answer a cleaning company phone but not call back her existing clients in a health related business to tell them she could no longer help them? Also, how do you explain the fact that if her cleaning company has been in business for over 20 years, why would they have the same phone number she used to use for Nutritional Counseling Services business?
