I have booked to and fro tickets from bangalore to goa in general travels on november 1st (located opposite to bangalore main bus stand, majestic). I have decided to cancel my tickets and asks for cancellation 3 times. He is not returning the cancellation money and telling that he will give money later. When i asked him first time he told rashly that he wont return cancellation money. I want to complaint about general travels. Can someone please tell me the details to whom i have to contact for complaining.
