	benni701 April 18, 2009 payday loans Geneva Roth Cap has taken over $150 from our account every two weeks since Dec 2008. We also took out a loan from a different company the same day and that one is totally paid off. We figured the Geneva loan would be paid the same time so we called the company. They stated we still owed the $500 and all the money that was taken out was money for interest. This is highway robbery. I wrote BBB and I also wrote the US Attorney Generals office. I will not pay another dime on this loan. But how can I stop this madness. It seems to me that this company is robbing everyone. We as a unit could fight these people and rake them through the coals if we all went in this together?!?
	Susan J. Smith January 8, 2009 Loan I was in need of some extra cash over the holidays. I applied for a payday loan. Unbeknownst to me, my checking account was credited for $500. That was back in November 2008. It is now two months later. I have been paying $150 every two weeks on this stupid payday loan, totalling $625. I called them today and they told me that all they have received is $150, which goes toward the interest. But I have my bank statements to prove that I have paid way more than I should have in the first place. Is there any way to get my money back? Please help.
	November 14, 2008 Overcharging I borrowed $400.00 only to pay back $1200. and I was told that i still owe them $520.00 I now have to close my bank account.
