Total lack of concern for trash and debris being spread in yards of homes next to Genhan building sites and continuing to happpen after the situation had been reported numerous times to the model home attendant, the superintendent and his supervisor shows the type of operation Genham Homes represents. The trash was disgusting and continued throughout the construction on a daily basis. Ignoring the problem and lack of respect by not addressing a serious situation speaks for itself the type of builder Genham Homes is and how it feels about the community and people residing there. Having to come home everyday and clean up my yard especially after I have spent money with a lawn service to maintain my yard is totally uncalled for - debris from a portapotty is the most disgusting trash you will ever have in your yard.
