Not worth it!
After waiting 7 weeks for delivery, I knew I had made a mistake within 5 minutes. 1 - the bras are padded (not advertised) and 2 - they are inferior crap! I knew by looking at the black bra that it would not survive the wash even if it did fit me! (which it didn't) I am out 12.99 shipping (for a bag that cost about 3 bucks) and and I feel foolish for not checking reviews before I fell for the infomercial BS.

inferior product,unable to call co on phone large amt for shipping & handling
I ordered the genie bra, took 6-7 weeks for it to arrive.It was too small, straps was too thin, no band on bottom of bra several sizes too small.The worst expierence .They also do not have an 800 # for customer service & the customer servive # have a 25-40 min wait Shipping &handling charge 25.98 for a package that weigh less than 2#.package shipped parcel post.I want a full refund of 85.97

Inferior merchandise
Please let me warn anyone who is going to order this product DON"T do it. This is an inferior product and not what was advertised. No support. It rolls up. The padding in the front shifts. This is the worst, product, and customer service I have ever encountered with online ordering. I will NEVER, NEVER order from this company again. I would have done as well by buying a sports bra from some chain store. Again don't waste your money with this product...

VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!
Genie Bra is a FRAUD! DO NOT BUY Genie Bra. On March 21, 2011, I ordered a Genie Bra and it took 4-6 weeks to receive them. Unfortunately, the size was incorrect so I called and ask that I would need to return it and get another size as replacement. The man who helped me was very helpful. He already sent me the label by Email and also said he already ordered the replacement. In approximately two weeks, I received the replacement but it's only 3-pieces. The label says it could be two different packages by mail. I was waiting and waiting and after another 3-weeks nothing came by mail. So I called their customer service and it was very hard to reach them. There's no 800 number it was an area code 973 (long distance by the way) and I have to hold for 30 minutes to 45 minutes hoping someone will pick up and nobody picks up the phone it just got hang up! It was very frustrating experience. Then I called the 800 number on the TV ordering, the man said only customer service can help me although he can take a look at my account about the status and there was no other 3-pieces replacement. I told him I am very disappointed with the customer service and then he said I WON a Bahamas cruise. IT WAS ANOTHER FRAUD! This cruise company trying to collect the money upfront and book you for two days FREE cruise to Bahamas. The're trying to collect the money in advance of $59/person. I said I cannot give you any money right now because I will ltalk to my husband and the man insisted that I will have to pay him or else the opportunity will be gone. I told him that is fine I do not need it. BEWARE do not give money in advance you could probably invest your money in a bank or stocks that earns interest. Until now, I still do not have the other 3-replacement bra; however, today I was able to reach a man in customer service and he is sending the replacement. I am hoping it is true because since May 24 and June 16 the lady name Christy did not order it for me. Then I tried to keep calling them I ended up talking to Angela, Jennifer and the last one was Steven promising me to send the replacement. If no replacement this week, I will return the other 3-pieces and ask for a refund if not I will dispute this thorugh my credit card company. If you do not want this kind of a hassle, I advise you do not to buy Genie Bra. I am very disappointed with their customer service. VERY BAD!!!

SIZE,COST OF SHIPPING,WAIT TIME
I just recieved my genie bra order, which I also waited a long time to
recieve. When I took it out of the package also noticed the sizing was
not true to advertising. Company states size to your top size which
I did, XL/X1, which my daughter and I could not get over our heads.
Also, the shipping cost throught UPS was 30.00 dollars. My daughter
who is a small to med top and 36 bust, the bras fit perfect. Genies
competitors Ha Bra are a much better fit and I love them. The tv
advertising is false advertising and poor representation.

Liars and deceitful
WOW, What a crock of (*&^, this is the worst bra I have ever purchased, they lie and cheat and basically steal from you. $25 for shipping and handling in a polybag which is roughly $2.00 in postage. So it cost stupid me $25 to try on plain rubbish and crap. It actually made my boobs sag even more, like I need that, lol... u have got to be kidding me. Don't bother, if you're big boobed like me, just use duct tape, it would do a better job. I've been scammed, and I can't believe it, me of all people, boy I didn't see that coming. Took 8.5 weeks to get this crap. Lesson learned. DON'T BUY THESE AWFUL BRAS

excessive shipping cost
I ordered on 5/5/2011, received by regular mail 6/21/2011. Packaging was sent through "Streamlite", a service which transfers package to Post Office for final delivery. Paid $59.99 for order, plus $25.98 for shipping and "handling". Must return item with an RA#, which turned out to be my order number, after I waited 20 minutes on the phone to talk to a rep. No refund of shipping. Item is shoddy, customer is required to call for return number so rep can push extra product, and return shipping is paid by me, and I will be out the original $25.98 from my order. Company should be investigated for excessive shipping costs, and deceptive practices.

Slow shipping/cannot reach represenative
On May the 9th I ordered 3 bras with 3 free. Today is June 21st and no product. A message came that my bra's were shipped on the 15th of June. After waiting over 1 hour to speak with a rep she informed me my bra's would be delivered on the 27th or about then. My goodness the pony express was faster than this. Also I assumed they would be shipped at least Fed Ex with a 20 dollar shipping fee. I will NEVER order anything from these people again, I don't care how good the product is. Seems to me these people need training in customer service

false advertising
Wow, what a joke! I spent $89 on six bras that couldn't hold up a B cup size. I'm 38C and in good shape, but I can't wear this bra. I would be embarrassed to be seen in it, even on a grocery run. No support, rolls up, remove the "padding" and nipples are prominently displayed. ugh.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! It says "satisfation guaranteed, but I really doubt it. Wish me luck when I call to return the product.

Customer Service
I ordered my Genie Bra in the first part of April and it is late June and still have not got my Genie Bra. I called the company and said it was in back ordered and than got the number of the shipping company. I called to check where my order was and it is still being shipped. I paid over 25.00 for shipping and order charges and found out that I could of got overnight delivery with the weight and state that the genie bra are being shipped for less than 25.00. If I ever get them I hope they are worth it, because if not I am returning and getting my money back and will let every one I know that it is not worth the cost and hassle for the bra.
