taking extra money from my bank acct
I ordered geniebra on 4/4/11, when I recieved the order 5 weeks later I noticed the bra had no support and the company took 85.99 from my bank acct instead of the 59.95 that they stated on tv. I tried to return the bras, I was told they would send me for free a larger size bras with support pads. that was on 5/25...I still have not recieved either a return lable or the new free order of 6 bras with support pads. I called today 6/15/11 and told them I want my money back and a return lable. she said she would send a return slip to my email in 5 minutes...it is now 30 minutes later and guess what...no message or lable from genie bra...i was also told they will only refund 59.95 and not the 85.99 they took from me. BEWARE, I would recommend no one buy this product, it does not support size 44 d 's or from what ive read even smaller sizes.

not as advertised
I ordered genie bras on 4/11/2011. After reading other complaints, on 4/25/2011, I cancelled the order. It took app/x 59 minutes to get someone on the phone, then I couldn't make out what the guy was saying. I asked to speak to someone that could speak better English. Thinking this order was cancelled, on 6/11/11 I received the bras and my credit card was charged. On 6/13/11, I again called billing department and was informed that the order was never cancelled and I could sent back the bras for a refund less $29.95 shippling charges. What a rip off. I would advise anyone thinking about ordering from this company. DON'T unless you want to get ripped off.

Did my homework
Called to order, hung up and the Genie cust. svs called me back to offer me a $20.00 discount if I placed the order. I said ok but asked them to hold (while I checked your website to see if there were complaints about the product). After reading the complaints of fraud, I told the Genie Rep. "No Thanks, even with the $20.00 discount because people are complaining about your product." Thanks complaint board, so glad I did my homework.

Not as Advertised
I ordered two sets of Genie Bras on 4/2/11. I did not receive them until 6/7/2011. So it took over two months to get the product. These bras are made of very thin elastic material. There is nothing in the band at the bottom to keep it from rolling up. Don't even try to put them on when you get out of the shower and your skin is a little damp, as the will roll up completely and good luck trying to pull them down. I totally agree with all the other posters that these bras are a total rip off. Additionally, I am incensed that I was charged $25.98 for delivery when it took over two months to receive them and they came in flimsy plastic bags that I'm sure cost not more than a dollar a piece if that.
I do not have the time or patience to put up with what the other posters have put up with to return them. So I'll save them to wear around the house as they are comfortable when you just want a (very) little support. However, if you want a good bra that supports you and looks good under your clothes, your best bet is to go shopping and try some on until you find what works for you.
Don't waste your time or money with Genie Bra.

BAD Customer Service & Bad Shipping
After watching an infomercial on the Genie Bra, I placed an order on 4/11/2011. As of this date, 6/7/2011 I still have not received my bra's. I spent around $200 on these bra's now to find out that they are coming through the mail. This obviously cannot be a good thing. I wish I would have read this site before I purchased my bra's. I am real nervous about receiving them, that is, if I ever receive them. I called yester 6/6/2011 to find out the status on my delivery. I received a notice that my bra's were shipped on 5/28/2011. I checked several times my tracking number and streamline kept saying they have no order for me. This was as of 6/6/28 so when I called Genie Bra I got a total run around. I was told that I should receive my bra's in 5 to 7 business days which would be today but I need to wait until Wednesday 6/8/2011 before they would check on anything. I was furious and asked to speak to a supervisor. Of course they were all too busy to talk to me so I left my name and number and was assured they would call me back within an hour. Guess what? NO call back. So today, Tuesday 6/7/2011 I still did not receive my bra's so I made another call and yep, got the run around yet once again. Now I was told that it is either 5 to 7 business days or it could be 5 to 10 business days before I rceive them. My tracking finally came up and guess what, streamline just received my bra's from Genie bra and now they have to get it to the Post Office (of all places, for the shipping I would have figured it would have been UPS at least) and I could expect them on or possibly before 6/14/2011. This is totally unacceptable to I asked once again for a supervisor and was told there was a supervisor available to take my call right now after I complained no one returned my last call. Guess what, she transfered to me the supervisor and my call went directly to voice mail. I am going to contact the BBB (Better, Business Bureau) regarding this company. May I suggest everyone who writes on this complaint board do the same and if you have not ordered from this company ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Good Luck to All.

Too long to ship/can't reach customer service
I ordered the Genie Bra in March. It's now June and I still haven't received it. I tried calling customer service and my hold time was over one hour. Needless to say I did not hold because it was not an 800 number, it was a New Jersey number and I didn't want to use up my minutes. I went on the website to see if I could contact customer service online but you can't. I'm really disappointed. At this point, I just want to cancel my order and get my money back. Too bad I can't reach anyone to do that.

Not receiving when due
I had ordered the Genie Bra from the TV commercial. I placed my order on line on April 18th and it is now June and haven't received them yet. I had called the company two weeks ago and was told that I will get them last week. Well nothing. I am ready to call them up and tell them to credit me my payment and keep them. I have NEVER had such a long wait for anything that I had ordered on line.

taking too long to ship
I ordered more than a month ago and yet I have still not received my merchandise. If this company does not have adequate stock why are they still advertising on TV? It seems to me it might be fraudulent for them to continue to advertise in the manner that they are doing at this time. I want a tracking number and a defined date for shipment or a refund!

False claims
I to ordered the Genie Bra thinking it looked so comfortable. I waited about 6 weeks to get it and then was very disappointed in the product. The front roles and there is =no support. Would not recommend.
