My Ex is Ordered to Pay a Minimal Amount of Child Support of $177.23 a Month.

And Since August 2008 I Have But Only Received $825.00 and Now That My Children Are Growing & Starting School & Things Like That, They Need More & Our Coast of Living Has Dramatically Increased.
The Children Really Need & Are Due This Money.

The Second Thing is That My Ex Does Not Even See Them on Any Kind of a Regular Basis & Typically Only Every 6 Months to a Year, and Then Will Just Show Up at Our Doorstep Totally Unannounced Expecting to See the Kids When They Don't Even Know Who She is & Don't Really Care to See Her at All.

This is Very Disruptive to Our Lives & We Can Not Function This Way Either, as She Can Not Ever Keep Her Word, Pick Them Up or Return Them on Time.
She Doesn't Even Own a Pair of Car Seats What to Speak of the Fact That the Girls Just Don't Even Know Her Anymore & Are Very Uncomfortable with This This Whole Situation & Will Flat Out Say That They Just Don't Want to Go.

They Say That She is a Liar & Promised to Pick Them Up & Get Them Cake & Never Shows Up.

The Other Issue That I Have Personally That I'm Not Sure What to Do About or if You Can Help Me at All, But the Woman Has Used My Social Security Number in the Past without My Permission & Has Obtained a Sallie Mae Student Loan & Has Totally Ruined My Credit By Not Paying a Dime of This as Well, and I Have a Police Report on This & Have Reported This to the 3 Credit Reporting Agencies as Well, and Yet Nothing Seems to Ever Be Resolved on This at All.

Yet She Seems to Have Money for Clothes, Cigarettes, Getting Her Hair Done, Lip Pierced, Going Back to College, Things Like This & Yet She Can't & Hasn't Paid a Dime on Her Debts or Child Support at All.

Now I'm on Social Security Disability with a Very Limited Income & So What Am I Supposed to Do ???
Can You Please Help Me or at Least Advise Me in How I Can Obtain Some Kind of Assistance in These Matters, Thank You Very Much.
