I am so mad I could just spit nails! A kid in his car, hit my kid in his car back in June. It took this no-good-piece-of crap insurance company almost a month to get in contact with us about our storage fees, rental car, price of repairs, etc. The ignorant ringleader of this insurance company, Ericka Roman, does not return calls in a prompt manner and no one at the insurance company has any personable skills or customer service knowledge. They have caused us unnecessary stress and worry. They refuse to extend the rental car, even though the work is not complete on the vehicle in question. They refuse to pay storage fees at the collision center, even though it was their clients fault. We are going to do everything in our power, to give this company a bad reference, including, but not limited to, a law suit. Ericka does not return calls to the collision center nor Enterprise. She is the worse example of an insurance rep I have ever seen. I don't know how she sleeps at night to be honest with you. You would think upper mgmt. or supervisors would apologize for our inconvenience.Nope, not a word. In one word Ga. Mutual Ins./Cornerstone just plain SUCKS!
