I have never experienced such rude behavior from any individual in any company as Mike at German Auto Dismantlers.

Prior to placing order through their eBay store on May 27 2007 for a pair of used 1983 cams for a 911 sc I had contacted Mike and he assured me of the quality of parts that thy sell.

3 days after making the purchase I had emailed them asking for a delivery ETA. The response was rude and aggressive, explaining in detail how busy they are and how out of line I was. They did not answer my question, so I emailed again. The response this time was absolutely rude and insulting again.

This did continue once more, never did they respond with an answer to my question on the delivery ETA.

The parts did arrive shortly after.

The condition of parts were not as promised. On of the cams had a visible pit on one of the lobes, rendering them unusable.

I did not request a refund or exchange as I had not been able to give them to my mechanic until after their 14 day return policy.

On Aug 7 2007 I received an email from German Auto Dismantlers inviting me to check out some of their new parts cars-

Well I had responded in good faith with the intent of purchasing more parts.

I received an email stating that they do not wish to do business with me.This escalated to a second rude and insulting email from Mike.
