How is it possible that i could be charged ZAR 3.00 for call duration of 17 seconds. Before making the call to my friend, i checked my airtime balance. It was R35.77. I dialed the number, it rang, my friend picked up and i spoke but he could not hear me. I disconnected and tried ahgain. His number rang and he picked up again without hearing me. I decided to let it go and checked my airtime balance again to find R3.00 had been deducted. Please explain this to me. I want you to justify this excessive charge rate. 17.64 cents per second can certainly not be the rate to charge me. What happens if you let this complaint go. How many other customers have the same complaint and don't have a computer like me to query the problem. I feel robbed.
