Be warned this company is an absolute joke! Emails not replied to, phone messages not responded to, customer service does not enter their vocabulary and we feel as though our money has been in effect stolen! The customer (us) were so far down their list of priorities, they do not deserve any business and I hope nobody else from overseas has to go through the same as us. We paid our deposit months ago and 4 days before our departure from the UK we were told that they had not received the signed rental agreement. I had no idea what they were talking about as I had not received one to sign. I finally received it 36 hours before our departure and quite frankly I was not prepared to sign it without taking legal advice which was not possible within our time frame. The complete list of terms and conditions were outrageous. In the end we decided to cut our losses and lose our deposit and make alternative plans for car rental and hotels. It could so easily have ruined our holiday, but in fact we were just relieved that we had only lost our £400.00 deposit! This company is a dreadful 'ambassador' to the US tourist industry, luckily other businesses we encountered during our last minute reworked trip showed us a proper welcome and restored some faith.
