I received a "Get up and go" hotel certificate, which entitles user to 3days/2 nights stay hotel stay. Literature strongly implies that the hotel is a Wyndham resort in a select resort location. I chose the Smokey Mtns and made a reservation. When I received the certificate in the mail, it said the confirmed stay is at a motel not affiliated with Wyndham. It looks like a dump. I called the C/S on the certificate, and they said they don't use Wyndham anymore. This is clearly a scam and a huge misrepresentation on the part of the "get up and go" people. I plan to cancel and demand my deposit back.
