getflics.com is the website in question. I payed $23.88 via my discover card for a membership that was to entitle me to download movies and music from this website. What I got was absolutely nothing. The ID and password they assigned me did not work.

The website did not have a way for members to sign in. I asked for a refund (credit to my discover card) on five occasions to no avail. I finally got a response that told me my cookies were not enabled. I'm not a fool.

The cookie setting was fine, and they knew it because I had just joined and paid my money. Can't do that if cookies are blocked. I have been lied to, avoided, and ripped off. This is NOT a reputable company!!!
