On November 8, 2008, I purchased a software disk for $2.95. That was all that was required. And then on November 12, yesterday, I am checking my bank records and $58.61 has been taken out of my account. This was unauthorized and I want my money back. I feel I have been ripped off. I have called and been left on hold for over 30 minutes. No one would ever help me. I want my money back or I just may have to get a lawyer for this. This is rediculous. You would think that this would be an honest company. They can either send me my $58.61 back or send me and a whole lot of other people thousands or millions for financial sufferings. They are causing people to have negative drafts on bank accounts and it is not right.
