My wife ordered a NETGEAR Push2TV Adapter from this company to view Netflix through our PC. We have a modern PC and TV and I am pc-literate but could not get the device to work. I asked for an RMA to return but was refused because the item was purchased in November 2010. I had explained it was a Christmas gift.

Vendor would not accept return of (possibly) faulty goods because the item was purchased two months prior?
