I too was duped by the add for 1 snuggie + 1 booklite for 19.95 plus $7.95 shipping and get the free snuggie and booklite free. I also inadvertantly ordered 2, instead of one + one free. All through the process I was assured I would be able to look over the order before completing. As soon as I put in my credit card number and went to the next step I got the page which states "thank you for your order". Imagine my consternation to see charges of $39 + $31.98 shipping, total of $71 dollars. When trying to use the consumer status page, it comes up with an error on page. Now seeing all these complaints, I'm sure my phone calls will not be answered as well.
