I had made an order with GHDLONDONSHOP.COM for purple GHD straightenners costing £57.90 and they have taken £69.50 They confirm that you will receive an email with your tracking number on within 36hrs that was on 25/3/10 .They had taken the money from my account on 29th March.Today is the 2/4/10 still not received a response or confirmation tracking number...emailed GHDLONDONSHOP.COM questioning the cost on 26/3 still not received a response.As there is no contact telephone numbers.Queried amount with LLOYDS bank and they advised they show invoice in british sterling but have requested chinese yen and the £57.90 converts into £69.50.Lloyds TSB advised that if I have not received the goods by 24th april they pursue a fraudulant claim against GHD LONDON. My order is still showing pending/processing...
