I purchased some ghds by mistake from this website, not realising it was based in china. When they arrived, they were obviuosly fake and didnt work. ai returned them for a refund four months ago.
No refund. I have emailed them, they just keep lying etc.
I filled in an international claims form that i got from the post office.
I have yet to hear from them.
I dont intend to let this matter drop.
